RightCourse™ Key Features
RightCourse™ is designed to help make your life easier. It provides a one-stop-shop for creating a training and deploying it to Right Reason Technologies' RightTrack™ learning management system (LMS). It provides all of the tools you need to gather various multimedia files and organize them into a complete training. You don't need to be a design expert to create a great course.
Create Content and Questions
Delivering content isn't everything. You need to be sure that your message was heard loud and clear. You can use Guided Practice Questions throughout your training to determine if the trainees need additional information, as well as Assessments to quiz your trainees. Through this system, you can gauge how well your audience is understanding your message. Questions are implemented directly in the course so they will match seamlessly with your training's design and flow.
Numerous Export Formats including SCORM® conformant courses
RightCourse™ gives you many ways to deliver your training. You can export it and upload it directly to the RightTrack™ learning management system (LMS), or any SCORM® conformant LMS such as Moodle. Plus, RightCourse™ will even let you export to a CD/DVD so that you can deploy your training to anyone, even if they do not have Internet access. RightCourse™ makes it easy to take your information and distribute it to whoever needs it.
Flexible Presentation Formats
RightCourse™ doesn't limit you to one output style. We understand that different content needs to be displayed in different ways. That is why RightCourse™ lets you choose the presentation format on a per-slide basis. That way, you can always choose the best presentation for the job. Whether it's full-screen video, or an image with text, RightCourse™ will let you display your content how you want. Need a format RightCourse™ doesn't have? Not a problem! Right Reason Technologies' experts can create a custom presentation format for you.
Microsoft PowerPoint™ Import
Have a PowerPoint™ from one of your subject matter experts? With RightCourse™ you can effortlessly convert the files for online presentation and tracking. RightCourse™ helps you leverage the knowledge and tools you already have at your disposal. Don't start from scratch, use RightCourse™ to convert what you have into a trackable, online presentation.
Multimedia Support: Audio
If you have an existing training, or even if you are creating a new one from scratch, one way to help reinforce the information is through audio. RightCourse™ provides you with several audio options. You can either make use of the latest computerized text-to-speech (TTS) technology to automatically convert your text to audio, record your own audio using RightCourse™'s built in audio recorder, or load audio files of prerecorded text from a professional narrator.
Multimedia Support: Images, Animations, and Video
As the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Don't settle for a text-only training, make your presentation shine by including images to go along with your text. But, why stop there? RightCourse™ also lets you make use of the latest web-friendly animations created using Adobe Flash™, as well as several common video formats to help make your training as engaging as possible!
Image Editing
Let's face it, you might not have the latest and greatest image editing software at your disposal, but this shouldn't prevent you from providing rich imagery to your trainees. Fortunately, RightCourse™ provides an integrated image editor to help you through some of the most common editing tasks. You don't have to be the next Picasso to create stunning trainings.
