The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (Stroudsburg, PA) has chosen Right Reason Technologies to continue its brand enculturation program through the Pocono Promise. The Pocono Promise is a web-based training available to all Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB) members free of charge. The program provides customer service training as well as knowledge of area attractions to hospitality employees.
